And if your mail from the Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation or other Maryland State agencies is being returned, or they are unable to reach you, they will contact your Maryland registered agent. Any service of process or other documents we receive on your behalf are scanned at our local Maryland office and uploaded into your online account, and then you are sent an email with the item as an attachment or notified that you have a new mail item to view and download from your online account. If you don’t respond to our email, we will continue our efforts to contact you until we are sure you have been notified. An option is to have us send emails to 5 additional email addresses (for example, your attorney, CPA or spouse) in case we do not get a response from you.
Business Formation
Skip the hassle with our business formation service. Our Maryland filing experts will get your documents filed quickly and accurately. Annual Report Reminders
Maryland LLCs and corporations are required to file an annual report. The report is due April 15th and you will get a notice to file the reports in February. If you don’t file or are late, you will have to pay a late fee.
We provide our clients with a secure online account where they can check the due dates for their annual reports. We also send you multiple email reminders to file your Maryland annual report on time.
Access to State of Maryland Forms for Filing Immediately
As soon as you sign up for our registered agent service, you are logged into your online account where you will find all the forms you could possibly want to file with the State of Maryland, pre-filled with our Maryland registered agent information, so you can file immediately. The forms for Maryland profit and non-profit corporations, close corporations, Maryland LLCs, foreign entity registration in Maryland, change of agent forms and the Maryland annual report forms are all inside your account. In addition, you will find filing instructions in online account to help you file correctly with the Maryland SDAT Corporate Charter Division.
